What's in the container?

450 gm fermented dough ready for making pizzas.

From this dough, you can make either,

4 small pizzas of 110 gms each

or

3 medium-sized pizzas of 159 gms each 

 How to use the dough?

This dough can be stored in the fridge for upto 3 days and in the freezer for a week. If using from the freezer pls make sure the dough is thawed. 

Step 1: Make small balls weighing around 110 gms each. Cover them using a cloth or cling film and let it relax for up to 1 hr. The dough should feel very soft and you might see small bubbles on the surface.

Step 2: Preheat the oven to max setting (250 c).

Step 3: Roll the dough using a pin or with your hand either into a round or rectangular shape. Use white flour or wholewheat flour to dust the dough while shaping otherwise it will stick to the pin or surface.

Step 4: Add topping as you like and then bake in the oven until it's half cooked.

Step 4: If you are using cheese, add cheese and bake for some more time until its fully cooked

 Note: if you have a professional oven then you might be able to cook your pizza within 10 mins and in a regular oven it might take a bit longer. So, please use your judgment while baking the pizza.
