Online Introduction to Sourdough
Prerequisite for the workshop:
An active sourdough starter. If you don’t have one pls check our starter videos on instagram to make your own starter at home
Working OTG
Access to white flour (maida) and wholewheat flour
Proving basket or glass or plastic bowls (this is for proving your dough after first fermentation)
Scrapper (this is not super essential but it will really help to avoid dough from sticking to your hands)
What we cover:
Baker’s math, and how to apply it to your recipes
Manual skills like mixing, kneading, shaping and proving the dough
Baking your loaf to achieve the perfect rise and crust
Duration: 10 am to 5 30 pm (there will be a break from 12:15 to 2:45 pm)

Introduction to Kombucha, Water kefir and Milk kefir
What we cover:
Things you need to prepare these drinks at home
How to use the culture, keeping it alive and healthy
Fermentation and flavouring your drinks
At the end of the workshop you will take home culture for water kefir and kombucha
