Sourdough & Avocado
An all-time classic, and for good reason! This pairing blends the creamy fresh flavour of an avocado with the wholesome nutty crunch of good sourdough toast. Simply place slices of smashed, ripe avocado on the top of a lightly toasted and buttered slice of sourdough. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and grind some black pepper over top.
For an extra filling variation, add a soft fried egg on top of a layer of smashed avocado.
