Kombucha is a fermented tea, made by fermenting sweetened black or green tea (or a mix of both) using a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY).
Our plain kombucha is made using a mix of organic green and orange pekoe leaf tea, while our flavoured kombuchas are made with only orange pekoe leaves. We use natural fruit juices and pulps for flavouring.
