Our baguettes are made with a mix of sourdough starter and a type of pre-ferment made of equal parts flour, water, and a little bit of yeast, which is known to bread-nerds as a "poolish". This blend helps achieve a very thin, crispy crust and an open crumb without compromising on flavour or aroma.
Ingredients: 100% white flour, salt, water,
commercial yeast, wild yeast and bacteria.
