Customer pairing: Sourdough, Boiled Egg & Parsley
Thanks to Tilly for sharing this delicious pairing suggestion. We thought it was a great way to give your eggs-on-toast a little extra special flavour.
Tilly toasted a slice of our 36-hour fermented, 70% wholewheat bread and topped it with a sliced boiled egg, a sprinkle of Himalayan pink salt and black pepper, and finished with a generous bunch of ripped parsley.
