Customer Pairing: Sourdough, parmesan, oak leaf lettuce and cherry tomatoes

Butter two slices of fresh sourdough and smear with a teaspoon of pesto. Then layer on Bangalore parmesan, oak leaf lettuce and cut cherry tomatoes. Maya used slices of our wholewheat sour which goes great with strong flavours like parmesan. You could also try this recipe with our sour loaf!
